Iron castings are processed using belt and hand grinders, drills and threading machines. Machining requiring high precision is performed on numerically controlled machining centers such as lathes or milling machines. The final smoothness of the surface is achieved using a shot-blasting machine. In the cast iron grinding process, we use a special dust extraction system with filtration that does not pollute the environment and ensures appropriate working conditions.

The precision of workmanship is assessed using traditional measuring tools and a high-quality 3D scanner. The scanner enables easy and quick verification of the quality and precision of workmanship thanks to the ability to quickly check the obtained dimensions, and even compare them with the CAD model and analyze the geometry. This device enables the use of reverse engineering, which is particularly important in close cooperation with an iron foundry and its design department.

Ready-made cast iron elements and assembled components are wet painted according to customer requirements. We use semi-automatic and automatic wet painting systems that ensure proper working conditions without polluting the environment. At the end of the line there is a final inspection and packaging station.
